• All items that include cushions are priced including the cushions.  Ratana cushions purchased through Wicker Land Patio have a 3 year structure warranty & a 5 year fade warranty.

You can purchase one of our pre-selected sets from our website, but the reason so many of our products are not grouped into sets is because we allow the customer to purchase any item they choose, without being forced into a set of furniture with items they possibly don't need, or and item that is not included that they may want.  Simply group the items that you would like, and build the set you would like.

Furniture is made with high density polyethylene resin, commercial heavy gauged aluminum frames, Sunbrella upholstery fabric and reticulated all weather foam.

Warranty

Frame: 15 year structure warranty, 3 year frame and finish warranty, 1 year on swivel mechanism.

Cushion: 3 year structure warranty, 5 year Sunbrella fade warranty.

Weather Covers: 1 year warranty.

Shipping

Furniture orders are expected in 3-4 weeks.  This is a safe estimated time frame, to allow for cushion manufacturing.  It is likely it will leave sooner.  Items with no cushions could leave sooner, and items with cushions could leave sooner.  We can also draw from stock from one of our three locations, which could decrease shipment time.  Shipment time is a ETA (estimated time of arrival) and not a guarantee.  There is a possibility items may also be in stock, which could decrease shipment time as well.  It is good practice to allow for a 3-4 week delivery, and if you have questions, feel free to contact one of our three locations.

In the rare case an item is backordered, it will ship out for free. We will reach out, and discuss if you would like to have the order ship together, or separate.
